I have a short blue dress covered in sequins. how can i use this for a halloween costume?
the dress is smilar to this one...

but it has no sleeves, and two shoulder straps on each side.
the ideas i have so far: something related to water, a bird (like a peacock), or some sort of fish. any ideas? Thanks in advance!
